I’m Stephen Li, and I am the Founder and CEO of WinTrust Immigration. For more than 15 years I have worked in the field of Immigration & Settlement providing support for newcomers to Canada.  

I started WinTrust Immigration in 2008 to further help people, as I saw the need for newcomers to get the right support and guidance in their journey to come to Canada or to help get their families here. 

I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) through the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CCIC). I have completed the Immigration Case Manager Program from Humber College and I also have a BA in sociology and anthropology. 

I chose this profession because I value bringing young professionals to Canada to pursuit their dreams and helping to reunite families and loved ones. I love the opportunity this work provides me to meet people from all over the world, learn about different cultures, and make an impact on the growth and cultural diversity of Canada. 

Having moved to Toronto, Canada in 2002, I understand the complexity and emotional aspect of immigrating first-hand. Having lived in several parts of Canada since then I can also provide a well-rounded perspective on the various areas of Canada.  

When not working I love spending time with my wife Tori and our 2 children as we continue to grow our circle of friends in the Edmonton community.
